Was greeted quickly and directed to the lounge, took the vehicle back for service. It took about an hour and a half, but was a pleasant experience, they even washed it.

I am beyond disappointed with Nissan and the way this recall has been handled.
I am a medically retired U.S. Marine Corps Veteran who moved across the country from California to Virginia. Before moving, I contacted multiple Nissan dealerships in Hayward, Fremont, and Sherwood regarding the engine recall affecting my 2023 Nissan Rogue SV FWD. Every dealership told me Nissan had no timeline for repairs, but because of the defective crankshaft bearing issue, affected engines would be covered up to 120,000 miles. My Rogue currently has only 43,000 miles.

My husband made the initial contact to get information on the Nissan model I wanted. Leraine worked with me to get the color I wanted and the heated seats too. She was very accommodating and was very helpful explaining details about the vehicle.

My appointment was at 12:30 but once I got there I was told that it would be an hour delay, didn't like that too much. But the only thing I did like was the service person did tell me up front.

Danielle was great no problems. Whoever did the oil change was terrible. I have oil all over my driveway. I waited 29 minutes on the phone to get waited on and then I didn't even get the service department so I went somewhere else to have the oil leak fixed.

The thing that made me give a 4 was that he left before we finished the finance portion and another associate gave us our keys and the front 30 day tags weren't on the car so I to return the following day to have them but on the car.

Made an online appointment for a Subaru vehicle service, first time customer. The appointment confirmation that is automatically sent has the address for the Hyundai dealership, sending customers to the wrong place. How many times does that happen a week, month or year? The dealership must know it's a problem - fix it!

This is the first time I had an oil change done at the Subaru Express. The next service sticker with date/mileage wasn't replaced in the windshield, and the service reminder on the dashboard computer wasn't reset. I'm sure the oil was changed because I trust Southern Team, but it leaves room for question. I won't take my Titan back to the Subaru Express, but I will gladly continue taking it to the Nissan service center. They've always done a phenomenal job.

I've taken my car here for nine years and service has always been good. On this visit I had my brake line flushed. This was clearly explained to me and I've had no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Mike Kazee as an advisor.

Quick oil change & tire rotation. Staff friendly, facilities clean and they were very welcoming to the fur baby.
I had a long, but good experience. For some reason, my apple play had stopped working after I left the dealership for a routine checkup. I came back and explained the problem to them. They immediately went to work on it until they found the problem and fixed it.

Communication is an issue. It is nearly impossible to speak to a human. Pam is awful. And service reps do an 'ok' job of keeping me updated on status. The service department has deteriorated over the last few years compared to what I experience earlier in the 24 years I have been going to the VW shop. And I contrast this with my experience having my Jeep serviced last week at Shelor where communication was excellent and I would rate them much higher despite the oil change taking longer than expected due to a Tech being out.
